• Mixed Gluten With flour and other dry ingredients and follow the standard bread making process.
• Suggested Optimum dosage: 0.5% - 1% on flour weight.(50g-100g  for 10kg flour).
• Ingredient: Gluten, Starch, Soya Flour, Imporver, (INS 1100).
